Independent referrer

SweetData is an independent referrer that connects companies with potential licensing buyers. SweetData is paid a referral fee if a deal closes.

No obligation

A conversation commits you to nothing, and you can stop at any step. An inquiry does not by itself authorize any transfer or licensing of your company's records, and the site does not accept data uploads.

Illustrations are not offers

Ranges, scenarios and estimates on this site are illustrations based on stated assumptions or publicly advertised programs. They are not valuations, quotes, averages, guarantees or expected earnings. Any actual offer depends on review of your rights, the records themselves, their quality and buyer demand, and may be lower, higher or unavailable.

Your rights and obligations

Before sharing anything, confirm that your company owns or is allowed to license the records, and review client contracts, NDAs and confidentiality obligations with your own counsel. Leave out anything you are not permitted to share.

De-identification has limits

Removing identifying details reduces risk but cannot guarantee that individuals or companies can never be re-identified. Agree exclusions and safeguards before anything moves.
