Privacy

This page explains what information SweetData collects through sweetdata.co and how it is used. It describes current practices as plainly as we can.

What we collect

When you use the "Ready to talk" form, we collect:

The form does not ask for, and you should not send, any of your company's records or data files.

To limit spam and abuse, the form also uses a hidden field, a check on how quickly it was submitted, and a rate limit. The rate limit stores a salted hash derived from your IP address rather than the address itself. Older rate limit entries may be removed when later submissions are processed.

If you email us at info@thesweetbrand.co, we receive whatever you choose to include.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, understand whether a conversation about licensing makes sense, and follow up about your inquiry. An inquiry does not by itself authorize any transfer or licensing of your company's records, and the form does not accept data uploads.

Who else may handle it

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Hosting providers typically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of this update, the code of sweetdata.co does not include analytics or advertising integrations. Our hosting and service providers, including Google Fonts, may use their own technologies as described in their policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We have not published a fixed retention period. You can ask us about, or request deletion of, your inquiry information at any time using the contact below.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@thesweetbrand.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Changes

We may update this page as the site or our practices change. The date below shows the latest version.
